Complaints policy
What should you do if you receive damaged goods, incorrect items, or missing quantities compared to the invoice?
- Please make a complaint if
- The goods you received are damaged or deformed.
- The goods you received do not match your order.
- The quantity of goods you received is incorrect or does not match the invoice.
2. What should you do if you encounter any of the above situations?
Step 1: Report immediately upon receiving the goods
- If the goods are delivered by our driver, please report the issue immediately to our driver.
Step 2: Contact us by phone within 14 working days from the date of receiving the goods.

Step 3: Take photos of the damaged goods, incorrect quantities, or any other issues and send them to the above phone number.
We will contact you to find a mutually agreed solution using the following options:
1) Exchange for other goods of equivalent value
2) Deduct the amount from the next order (we will send you a confirmation message about the amount to be deducted for your next purchase).
3) Refund in cash or by bank transfer.
3. Return policy conditions
- The returned goods must be unused and in the same condition as when you received them.
- Please do not attach price labels when returning the goods.

- For orders under 5,000 CZK: a fixed shipping fee of 200 CZK per package applies. (Valid throughout the Czech Republic.)
- For orders under 5,000 CZK: a fixed shipping fee of 300 CZK for 2 packages applies. (Valid throughout the Czech Republic.)
- For orders over 10,000 CZK, we offer FREE shipping!

- For orders over 25,000 CZK: Free nationwide delivery within the Czech Republic! (We will contact you to arrange the delivery date. The delivery schedule is organized by our company.)

- Customers can also place orders online via our website and choose in-store pickup at Sapa, or request delivery via carriers such as PPL, DPD, or Balíkovna according to their shipping rates.
